We provide full a range a travel vaccinations, anti-malaria tablets and travel medications to suit your travel needs.
We can help and advise you to prepare for a trip to ensure you are protected from infectious diseases and stay safe when travelling abroad.
To help us provide this service we’ve partnered with Pharmadoctor where you can register your details, book a free appointment and complete a pre-consultation screening questionnaire.
The process to request a travel appointment is very simple:
First click on the link to visit Pharmadoctor and register on their website.
Then select the service you require e.g. Travel Health and click on Request an appointment.
Complete the pre-screening questionnaire, giving as much information about when and where you are travelling, previous vaccinations and relevant medical history.
This will need to be completed for each person travelling.
These details will then be received by our pharmacist who will confirm your appointment via email.
The pharmacist will then be able to advise what vaccinations would be recommended.
Your consultation could take up to 20 minutes. We keep most vaccines in stock and usually can start your vaccinations then and there.
Some vaccines have more than one dose, so we may need to book further appointments.
Wherever possible please request an appointment and complete the Pharmadoctor pre-screening form via the Pharmadoctor website as detailed above.
However if you are having issues completing this please then use the Travel Enquiry Contact Form at the bottom of this page or download the Travel Consultation Form detailed at the bottom of this page.
For destinations that require Yellow fever vaccination, there is an additional Yellow Fever Checklist we will ask you to complete.
There is also an information leaflet detailing Yellow Fever Information For Patients
Ideally you should start your travel vaccinations at least six weeks before departure, or earlier if possible.
By allowing 4-6 weeks for your vaccinations, you have time to fit in full courses of vaccines where required which provides you with the best possible protection against certain vaccine preventable diseases.
Even if you have a last minute holiday it’s not too late, vaccines can be given at short notice and some have accelerated schedules to ensure you are covered before you travel.
We can also provide anti-malaria medication at short notice for a last minute trip.
